The owner and operator of the website www.securefinance.in is Secure Finance, a business registered under the laws of the Republic of India, with its corporate office at No. 1, Pratiksha CHSL, 2nd Road, Santacruz (E), Mumbai-400055, India.

Each Secure Finance user agrees and accepts that Secure Finance operates as a facilitator and helps them with their lending process.

These terms and conditions (referred to as the “T&Cs”) govern the user’s rights and obligations with regard to obtaining credit from the lender. Every action the user takes to get credit will be subject to the terms and conditions.

Acceptance of the T&Cs, which may be changed from time to time, is a requirement for the user to obtain credit on our website. The user unconditionally and completely agrees to be bound by and agree with the T&Cs at all times by accepting the T&Cs. Additionally, the T&Cs and any other applicable terms and conditions for accessing or using the Secure Finance platform shall govern the user’s access to and use of the platform for credit purposes. Unless specifically noted, any representations, warranties, promises, agreements, undertakings, and acknowledgements made by the user in the T&Cs are unrevocable and unconditional.

The Terms and Conditions (referred to as the “T&Cs”) govern the user’s rights and obligations when obtaining credit from Secure Finance. The T&Cs will be applicable to every action the user takes to obtain credit.

The agreement with the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs), which may be changed from time to time, is a requirement for the user to receive credit through One Tap’s website and/or mobile application. The user accepts the T&Cs and agrees to abide by them at all times, without exception or withdrawal. In addition to selecting the credit option, the user must abide by the T&Cs and other applicable terms and conditions governing access and usage of the Secure Finance website.

Each user understands and verifies that, as applicable from time to time, they may be required to agree to be bound by additional terms and conditions in order to utilise the services offered by Secure Finance.

A user must not pretend to be another person or organisation, give false information, or lie about their age, identity, or relationship with another person or organisation.

Users confirm that they have visited the lender’s website and studied the relevant information required for understanding and approving access to the credit while submitting a credit application through the website or by visiting their office physically.

By utilising the services of One Tap and/or the Lender, a user freely agrees to the conditions of our privacy policy, including the authentication of their identification through their PAN or Aadhaar number.
